Step 1: Call or message us
Esperanza answers in Spanish or English, finds you a time and explains what to bring.

Step 2: Tell us about your household
How many people live with you and where the income comes from. With that we place you on a level.

Step 3: The dentist talks and examines
The dentist asks what worries you, examines your teeth and gums, and takes X-rays only if needed.

Step 4: You get the cost in writing
If you need treatment, the estimate shows each step and its cost at your level. You take it home.

Step 5: You leave with your next visit
If you need one, Esperanza finds a time before you leave.
What to bring
Come with what you have
You can bring a family member to keep you company. This is what makes the first visit easier.
The health history is filled in on our private portal or at the clinic, not by message or through this site's form.
What to carry
A photo ID
Proof of income, if you don't have insurance
Your Medicaid, CHIP or dental plan card, if you have one
A list of your medicines and any X-rays you have
Request your first visit
